- What does Lux Protocol do?
- Lux Protocol is a two-person software studio in Mandeville, Louisiana. We build websites with a care plan to run them, plus branding, local profile setup on Google, Apple, and Yelp, custom builds like chat assistants and commission-free ordering, business email, and a credited site health audit.
- Does Lux Protocol charge commission on online orders?
- No. Ordering is built as a custom build that runs on your own website, commission-free, with delivery through DoorDash Drive without the marketplace commission. It's scoped and priced individually in your proposal, and you keep 100% of every order.
- How much does a website cost?
- Websites start at $1,500 for a presence site, $4,000 for a CMS-driven build, and $8,000 for a full custom build. Every project is fixed-scope and quoted before work begins. Pay over time at 20% down, then 12 or 18 monthly payments at 0% interest, or pay in full up front.
- How long does a website take?
- Most builds take 2–6 weeks.
- Does Lux Protocol do SEO?
- Every site is built to be found on Google, with structured data search engines can read. The local profile package adds Google Business Profile setup and verification, Apple Business Connect and Yelp claim and verify, and review-request setup; it's included at no extra charge inside a Signature build.
- Who built The Bean's website?

- Do I own my site?
- Your domain stays yours and transfers with you if you ever leave. The words, images, and brand assets we deliver are yours once the project is paid in full. The code underneath stays Lux Protocol's and is licensed to your site, which is what lets us keep it fast, secure, and maintained.
